Dr. Lange’s wealth of experience helped us seamlessly bring the Medical Laboratory Diagnostics division back into our hospital. The contracts with suppliers were renegotiated, and supply contracts were signed with two external laboratory partners. Chief physicians and departments were involved throughout the process, where the decisions were prepared and implemented together. A particular challenge was the reorganization of responsibilities in the area of immunohematology and the blood bank. The entire process took six months of preparation, with the integration fully completed within three additional months, all done completely calmly and without noise. We are very grateful that it was possible to fully take over the laboratory staff, who are now motivated to contribute to the new structure.
